There will be created a Public limited company in England. Company organized in England. Company will have offices in England, Russia, USA and China. Private investor. Investor is located in England. Investor buy 60% of new company and will receive 60% of net profit. With net profit he will start to receive payments of ROI. Type of cooperation: he just invest money and receive 60% of net profit. He will not take part in the company management.

So, what documents i need to prepare for obtaining investment fundings? What time and price?
